We try to properly mark acronyms and abbreviations on our site. They can be identified by a dotted or dashed underline. If you encounter one in your reading, hover over it with your mouse and you should notice that your mouse becomes a question mark (?) and a "tool tip" pops up that identifies the abbreviation or acronym.
