The CREW
Career Center is a partnership among Metropolitan College, Jefferson Community and
Technical College, and KentuckianaWorks. Our services are free and available to
students as well as the general public. Our services assist clients with their career
exploration, career planning, and career placement.
CREW Partners
Metropolitan College is a partnership among UPS, Jefferson Community and
Technical College, the University of Louisville, state, county and city government.
The purpose of Metropolitan College is to provide educational and workplace opportunities
that serve to facilitate the integration of educational goals, career development
and personal life.
Jefferson Community and Technical College provides comprehensive educational
services to the region. The colleges have five campuses that serve over 13,000 students
in both urban and rural settings. JCTC is committed to being responsive to individuals
and businesses. Thus, the college offers diplomas, certificates, degrees and customized
training classes through programs that meet the educational and workforce needs
of the community.
KentuckianaWorks is a business-led, policy-setting board that oversees workforce
development initiatives in the Greater Louisville region. KentuckianaWorks is charged
with creating a workforce development system that benefits both employers and job
seekers by promoting quality jobs, high skills, high wages and life-long learning.
